Who Am I?

Allow me introduce myself! My name is Izzy Bianchini and I am the Founder of IB Business Consulting. I got my career "start" while interning for One Life Counseling Center during the Summer of 2020. I had no idea then that filling in wherever needed in a blossoming but still very young nonprofit was going to be so critical to finding my passion and my niche!
It was the height of COVID and I was living with my grandparents after being sent home from the dorms at Chico State. My grandparents were both in their 80's at the time and, needless to say, living at home back in the "sanitize every piece of food that is delivered to our address because we really don't know enough about this virus" era -- was a lot.
Interning and later working for One Life was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life and is why I do what I do. That internship kept me busy and focused during an extremely stressful time for my family and the world. I was already doing social media for them but was soon thrown into all sorts of tasks needed for a growing organization. I loved it! I added other administrative duties to my repertoire, including handling credentialing matters for therapists, working on the phone with donation software customer service, communicating with the website editor (which would later become one of my own skills), and overall helping with the massive effort of preparing for their annual fundraiser, A Night of Inspiration.
I realized then that I love solving problems for organizations (especially ones that are just starting out)! Since opening my own business I have helped a local businessman in Chico build an entire new arm of his current massage therapy business. Similar to my experience at One Life, I helped him set up his systems. I didn't need much oversight, just to collaborate with him and get his permission for systems that I set up. He hired me on to set up digital marketing materials for the new business so I built him a website and an email list, among many other tasks involved in the 3 month contract.
All this is to say that I am comfortable meeting businesses and organizations where they are. I don't mind longer contracts or even doing some smaller "odd-jobs" that need to be covered for a while. I am a copywriter, a digital marketing specialist, communications specialist and so much more! I love the work and have a proven successful track record!
